The reception service was quite slow, causing long waits during check-in. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room took too long to be fixed after multiple requests.

I appreciated the easy access to Hyderabad Botanical Garden, just about 2.5 km away, perfect for a Saturday stroll among beautiful landscapes, and the warm hospitality makes it an ideal spot for exploring the vibrant local culture as well as the nearby Hyderabad International Convention Center for events or exhibitions.

The city view from my room was breathtaking, especially at sunset! ! The spacious layout of the room was a pleasant surprise. The food at the restaurant was delicious, offering a good variety to choose from.
